Delete Account

Arena is operated by Vylo, Inc. (developer name on Apple App Store and Google Play: Arena Sports). This section explains how to request deletion of your Arena account and personal data.

Before you request deletion

  1. Withdraw your funds. Withdraw your full balance before requesting deletion. Deletion cannot be completed while a balance remains.

  2. Wait for open lineups to settle. Accounts with open or unsettled lineups or pending withdrawals cannot be deleted until they resolve.

  3. Self-exclusion stays in effect. If you are in a Cool-down or Permanent Self-Exclusion, deleting your account does not end it. We keep a record of the restriction so it continues to apply if you try to open a new account.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@arenasports.io from the address on your Arena account.

  2. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

  3. Include your Arena username. Do not send passwords or full ID numbers.

  4. We may reply to verify your identity before proceeding. This protects you from anyone else deleting your account.

What happens next

• We confirm receipt of your request.

• We complete deletion within 30 days of a verified request.

• You will receive a confirmation email when it is done.

• After deletion you cannot log in, and deletion cannot be reversed.

Data we delete

When your request is complete, we delete or de-identify:

• Profile information: username, name, photo, bio, website

• Contact information: email, phone number, address

• Social content: posts, comments, likes, follows, shared lineups

• Preferences: notification settings and saved payment method references

• Device and analytics identifiers associated with your account

Data we keep, and for how long

We are required by law and regulation to keep certain records even after you delete your account. This data is held securely, used only for those purposes, and deleted at the end of the retention period.

• Deposit, withdrawal, wager, and payout records: kept for financial recordkeeping, tax, and anti-money-laundering rules for 7 years.

• Identity verification results (KYC decision records and a one-way hashed identifier): kept for fraud prevention, age and identity compliance, and enforcing one account per person for 7 years.

• Location check records: kept for state gaming compliance for 7 years.

• Self-exclusion and Cool-down records: kept for responsible gaming compliance for as long as the restriction applies.

• Records related to fraud, disputes, or legal claims: kept until resolved.

Identity documents and selfies submitted for verification are not retained after review.

Deactivation vs. deletion

If you only want a break, you can set a Cool-down or contact support to close your account without deleting your data. Closing an account does not delete your data. To have your data deleted, use the steps above.

Privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal data. To exercise them, email support@arenasports.io.
